Here's a great Halloween drink idea for your next Monster Mash! You could serve this Eyeball Bubble Tea in individual glasses, in a clear glass pitcher or a large punchbowl. This kooky recipe will definitely creep out your guests (in a good way).

Ingredients:
- steeped pomegranate tea or any tea mixed with pomegranate juice to make it red (3-4 quarts)
- 2 cups milk
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tbsp. instant coffee grinds
- 2 tbsp. unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
Tools:
- spherical ice mold (I bought mine for $1.50 at the Japanese dollar store)
Directions:
- Steep tea and set aside to cool.
- Sprinkle gelatin onto 7 tbsp. milk and allow to bloom.
- In a separate container add 7 tbsp. hot water to the instant coffee.
- Bring remaining milk and sugar to a boil.
- Save and scoop out a tsbp. of bloomed gelatin for the coffee mixture.
- Add remaining gelatin to boiling milk and stir until it dissolves. Turn off heat and add almond extract.
- Bring coffee mixture to a boil.
- Add gelatin to coffee mixture and boil until it dissolves.
- Grease sphere molds.
- Partially fill the bottoms of each ball mold with coffee mixture to create the pupils. Set in refrigerator.
- Once the pupils are set, add room temperature/slightly cool milk on top of the pupils. Place the top of the mold on and set in the refrigerator.
- Pull out eyeballs and place into a clear cup, glass or punch bowl and add red tea. Sip and enjoy!
Creep it Real,
Greggy
