Skip the baking and indulge in this yummy Edible Cookie Dough recipe! Other cookies might be tempting and delicious to eat, but this recipe is egg-free and flour-free, just so that you can avoid getting a tummy-ache!

Greggy's Edible Cookie Dough (Flour-Free, Egg-Free)
Ingredients
- -1 stick (1/2 cup)unsalted butter, room temperature 
- -1/3 cup granulated sugar 
- -1/2 cup brown sugar, packed 
- -1 tbsp. pure vanilla extract 
- -2-4 tablespoons milk 
- -2 cups old fashioned oats 
- -1 cup powdered milk 
- -1/2 teaspoon salt 
- -1/4 cup chocolate chips 
Instructions
- Cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar for 1 minute. 
- In a food processor, blend the oats, by pulsing, until it becomes a fine, flour-type consistency. 
- Beat in powdered milk, oat flour and salt. 
- Add milk in increments to desired dough consistency. Add vanilla and once combined, stir in chocolate chips. 
- Serve in ice cream cups, in an ice cream or store in the fridge, covered, for later! You could also set up a super cute Cookie Dough bar with various toppings at your next party! Doughlicious!
