Greggy's Green Goddess Dressing

Want a creamy, flavorful dressing without the dairy, gluten and extra horrible trans-fats 'n' calories? What's great about this recipe, is that you can just throw it all into a blender and you're "dunzo!" My Green Goddess dressing will definitely get you bikini ready, since Summer is just around the corner!

Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado 
- 1/2 cup green onions 
- 1 cup basil 
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice 
- 2 cloves minced garlic 
- 5 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar 
- 1 tsp. salt 
- 1/2 tsp. pepper 
- 1/2 cup olive oil 
- 1/4 cup water to loosen (optional) 
Directions:
1. Place in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

2. Taste for desired flavor. Feel free to adjust the salt or vinegar for a lil' more tang etc. Add water in increments to desired thickness of dressing.
3.Toss in a bowl with your favorite lettuce and serve! Place in a Mason Jar, label and refrigerate. Enjoy!
