PAYMENTS

I need to cancel. Will I still receive my box?

I NEED TO CANCEL. WILL I STILL RECEIVE MY BOX?

Yes- if a payment was already processed prior to your cancellation request, you will still receive the box as a last and final box to close out your subscription. 

 All recurring billing activity will immediately cease. 

​

Prepaid Plan? Discounted 3 Month, Six Month, and One Year Plans are prepaid plans cannot be modified during the set term and will continue until all boxes have shipped. For modifications, please contact us before any shipments begin. You will not receive any notifications prior to your renewal date and customer takes full responsibility if cancellations are not made prior to renewal date.

RENEWAL ORDERS

​

Caker's Crate is a monthly recurring subscription service, and we do not offer individual boxes to be purchased at this time. If you would like to receive just one box, select the Monthly option on any size and Cancel your subscription any time before the 30 Day renewal date. 

​

Example:

Sign up Date: 9/5/2017

Next Renewal Date: 10/5/2017

Continuing Renewal Dates: Each month on the 5th

MY RENEWAL PAYMENT FAILED. WILL I BE INCLUDED IN THE NEXT SHIPMENT?

When your renewal payment is unsuccessful, the charge will be reattempted for up to 1 Week before it is placed aside. You will always receive an email notification if this occurs so that you can correct your Billing Information.

WHEN ARE BOXES SHIPPED OUT?

SHIPPING SCHEDULE: All monthly boxes will arrive early in the scheduled shipping month with a tracking link provided. For exact shipping dates, please refer to the posted upcoming Shipping Date on our website. Our Shipping Date is usually around the last week of every month.

 

If you are a first-time member, your subscription start-month will be indicated during Signup and once again on your Order Confirmation email. Once you receive your very first box, you will continue to receive your monthly boxes without delay! 

 

TRACKING: You will always receive a tracking number so that you can follow your Caker's Crate as it makes its way to you!

HOW MUCH IS A MEMBERSHIP?

MONTHLY PLANS: Renews every 30 Days (Cancel Anytime!) 

PREPAID PLANS:  Prepaid plans are offered at a discounted upfront rate and will renew after the term has expired. You will always receive a notification when your plan is set to renew!

CANADA SHIPPING: International handling fee applies.

RESHIPPING: A Reshipping Service is available for boxes shipped due to incorrect addresses or unscheduled moves. (Need to Change Your Shipping Address?) Email us at greggysoriano.publicity@gmail.com

HOW DO I SIGN UP?

​

To begin receiving monthly boxes, first choose from our three available sizes: 

The Caker's Crate, Baking Beast, and The Cake Designer Pro.

​

Next, you will select your plan. Monthly Subscriptions will auto-renew each month, and prepaid plans are recurring plans paid upfront at a discounted rate.

​

Once you've confirmed the desired plan, be sure to review the details of your subscription, and your first scheduled shipment month. Once you're ready, click on GET YOUR BOX to complete your subscription. 

​

Month and Shipping Date for your first box will be indicated during signup and on your Order Confirmation email. Once you receive your first box, you will continue to receive your monthly boxes each month without delay! A tracking link is provided in a shipping email with every monthly shipment. â€‹â€‹â€‹  â€‹â€‹

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?


All major Debit and Credit Cards are accepted. Our main form of payment is PayPal.

HOW OFTEN WILL I BE CHARGED?

​

MONTHLY PLAN: If you select the Monthly Recurring Plan, you will be charged for one box immediately at the time of signup for your very first box. Your subscription will continue to renew every 30 Days, and can be cancelled anytime via PayPal orcontacting us.

​​

PREPAID PLANS:  You will be charged the prepaid total upfront and will not incur any charges until your next scheduled renewal date. You will receive a notification 1 month before your plan is scheduled to renew, with the option to Cancel if desired.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

​

CANCELLATIONS: Monthly Renewing Subscriptions can be canceled at any time by emailing us at greggysoriano.publicity@gmail.com  Canceling your subscription puts an immediate end to any further billing activity. If a payment was already processed, you will always receive a final box for any credits remaining on your plan. 

 

FIRST BOX: The very first box on a Monthly subscription plan on all Caker's Crates is nonrefundable, non-transferrable and will be shipped as scheduled.

​

PREPAID PLANS: Prepaid plans are nonrefundable, non-transferrable and will be shipped as scheduled.  If you choose to cancel, we will cancel the upcoming recurring payments.

 

RETURNS: All items purchased through flipcratefoodie.com are final and non-refundable due to the perishable nature of the items. Please do not attempt to return any merchandise as they will not be eligible for a refund.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

WHAT DOES CANCELING DO? Canceling your subscription simply closes the billing portion of your account and puts an immediate stop to any future recurring charges from being processed. If a payment was already posted to your account, you will still receive the box(es) as your last and final shipment to close out your subscription.

PREPAID PLANS: Prepaid plans are nonrefundable, non-transferrable and will be shipped as scheduled.  If you choose to cancel, we will cancel the upcoming recurring payments.

SHIPPING

 

GENERAL SHIPPING

​

Our shipments begin processing during the end of every month (around the 25th of each month.   

 

Once you receive your very first box, you will continue to receive your monthly boxes without any further delay during the first week of each month. 

​

WHY IS MY SHIPPING SO EXPENSIVE? IT COSTS AS MUCH AS THE MONTHLY BOX?  

 

Since we are a small company starting out, we are striving to meet the needs of having more bulk shipments at a lower price range. However, the more you tell your friends and family about Caker's Crate, the more we'll be able to get the shipping costs down at a more reasonable rate.  Our goal is to eventually make it free for our customers!

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY/OUTSIDE OF THE U.S?

​

At this time, our Monthly Boxes do not ship outside of the US Territories and Canada.

US Territories Include: America Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Northern Mariana Island, Palau, Puerto Rico, Marshall Islands, Virgin Islands, and all APO/FPO addresses. 

​

Our Pre-Paid Plan boxes can be shipped to Canada with an additional international handling fee. To sign up for a subscription for an international order, please contact us here.

ISSUES WITH PURCHASING

NO CONFIRMATION? HERE ARE SOME COMMON REASONS: 

1. Email Issues: Please ensure there are no typos in your email; confirmations are sent automatically to the email address provided.
2. Spam/Filtered: Please double-check, as notifications can frequently end up in Spam Folders.
3. Order Issue: If your order did not fully process (billing, internet connectivity, etc.) a confirmation email will NOT be triggered. Please try the order again, or contact our support team for assistance here.

In the rare event an item is missing from your box, please contact our support team, here, for assistance.  You must report any issues within 5 days or receiving your Caker's Crate or replacement is no longer valid.
