By using or accessing this website, which is owned and operated by Greggy Soriano Holdings and Sprinkadinx by Greggy Soriano, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms of Service. If, at any time, you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this Site. As a condition of your use of this Site, you agree that you are at least 18 years of age or are visiting the Site under the supervision of an adult or guardian and that you possess the authority to enter into a binding legal agreement.  This agreement not only applies to retail consumers, but wholesale partners who stock our product as well.

USE OF THE WEBSITE

We reserve the right to change any information, features and functions of the Site without prior notice. We may deny you access to all or part of the Site without prior notice if you engage in any conduct or activities that we determine, in our sole discretion, violate this Agreement, our rights or the rights of any third party.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE PRODUCT

All sales are final.  Product cannot be returned, exchanged and is non-transferrable.  Buyer is responsible for verifying that their order is placed correctly at checkout. Once the order has been marked as shipped, Greggy Soriano Holdings will not be able to make any adjustments.

 

Never return anything without approval from Greggy Soriano Holdings, as we will not be responsible for refunding, returning, or replacing products or shipping costs.

SUBSCRIPTION CONTRACT AND MEMBERSHIP

Monthly boxes shipped to your address at the price listed. You acknowledge that selecting the monthly subscription plan will have an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. Your subscription will be automatically extended for successive months at the subscription rate applied upon purchase. To cancel your subscription at any time, you must request to cancel your subscription via PayPal or contact us at via our Contact section in our website to avoid the next recurring charge. Greggy Soriano Holdings will continue to process monthly charges without authorization if you are subscribed to a monthly recurring plan. Pre-paid monthly and one-year plans are paid upfront for the respective months, and will renew at the end of the term without authorization.  Customers are responsible for cancelling prior to their recurring initial payment date to avoid a charge and any further charges on their account.  The purchase of a pre-paid plan is non-refundable, non-transferrable and cancelling is not permitted, until your pre-paid plan has ended.  You may receive emails regarding shipment notifications. If a cancellation request is submitted after a payment has already been processed, you will still receive the box(es) you have already paid for. You will never incur any additional charges after cancellation. Any account changes that are made after the 25th of each month (including shipping addresses and payment methods) should not be expected to reflect on the subscription until the following shipping period. You understand that you are joining a subscription service, which means you will be automatically billed each month and will receive a box each month delivered to your mailing address. If you are uncertain about an auto-renewing services, please do not sign up.

Our shipping date is during the last week of every month.  Shipments start processing around the 25th until the end of the month.

Prepaid Plans: discounted Monthly and One Year Plans are prepaid plans cannot be modified during the set term and will continue until all boxes have shipped. For modifications, please contact us before any shipments begin. You will not receive any notifications prior to your renewal date and customer takes full responsibility if cancellations are not made prior to renewal date.

BILLING AND PAYMENTS

As a customer or Wholesale Account holder, you agree to the following benefits and Terms: 
You must provide us and keep us up to date with accurate contact and payment information, including name, shipping address, and credit or debit card number. We save your payment information for ease of future shipments and charges. All such personal information is subject to the Privacy Policy and is not shared with any other parties except for payment processing reasons. You are responsible for any fees or charges your issuing bank or credit card provider may charge you. All items purchased on greggysoriano.com are final and non-refundable due to the perishable nature of the items. 

 

WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS

Wholesale prices and product information are to be held exclusive and undisclosed only to the Wholesale Account Holder and Greggy Soriano Holdings, and the following party's employees. Wholesale pricing may increase at any given time.  Greggy Soriano and Greggy Soriano Holdings reserve the right to change any information, pricing, features and functions of the Site without prior notice.  All sales are final.  Product cannot be returned or exchanged.

RISK OF LOSS

All merchandise purchased from our Site will be shipped by a third party carrier. As a result, title and risk of loss for such merchandise will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. You understand that you are liable for submitting the correct shipping address.  Greggy Soriano Holdings and Sprinkadinx by Greggy Soriano is not liable for undeliverable packages due to errors on the address. A tracking number is provided for every shipment to minimize any risk of lost packages.

SHIPPING

All domestic and international orders are shipped through USPS from our Nevada, US location.  Sprinkadinx by Greggy Soriano is unable to send orders on specific requested dates.  Charges for shipping will be included in the final invoice.  Sprinkadinx by Greggy Soriano and Greggy Soriano Holdings is not responsible for any carrier delays, lost or stolen items.  You will be informed and receive a tracking number when your order is shipped.

PRODUCTION TIME AND PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

Typical turnaround time is 3 ½ - 4 weeks, (a maximum of 6 weeks) for wholesale orders, 1-2 weeks for retail orders, and may vary based on quantity and availability of product.  Sprinkadinx by Greggy Soriano is unable to turnaround production orders on specific requested dates.  Please note that colors may change in tone and consistency per batch order, due to improvements of the formula.  Please keep in mind that we are a small business and all of our products are privately packaged by hand in the USA, with a careful process that takes time to complete.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

If the buyer receives damaged or defective product, the buyer must supply photographic proof of damaged product and packaging within 24 hours of receiving the product.

 

Each damage claim is handled on a case by case basis. Greggy Soriano Holdings will determine if and when claims are valid for credit or replacement.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Sprinkadinx by Greggy Soriano shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Sprinkadinx by Greggy Soriano shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Sprinkadinx by Greggy Soriano shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Sprinkadinx by Greggy Soriano has no liability on injury or damage caused by products within the box.  These Terms are applicable to you upon your accessing the Site. These Terms, or any part of them, may be modified or terminated by Greggy Soriano Holdings and Sprinkadinx by Greggy Soriano without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Miscellaneous, shall in all events survive any termination of these Terms and your use of the Site.

 

 

INDEMNIFICATION

Your edits or changes to either the online or offline versions of this Agreement or a membership offer will not be effective, regardless of form.
